1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, “account” means the personal player profile registered with syok2cuci. “Player”, “you”, and “your” mean the individual using syok2cuci. “Platform”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to syok2cuci and the services made available through this website. “Funds” include cash balances, withdrawable winnings, and restricted bonus balances.

“Game” includes slot games, table games, live dealer games, poker, bingo, lottery-style products, and other casino content. “Sports bet” includes pre-match and live wagers on EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other available markets. “Promotion” means any bonus, cashback, free play, enhanced odds, or loyalty reward offered by syok2cuci under separate promotional rules.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

You may register with syok2cuci only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The minimum age applies even where a lower age may be permitted for another activity. syok2cuci may request evidence of age at registration, before a withdrawal, or at any time reasonably required for compliance.

You may hold only one syok2cuci account. Registration details must be complete, accurate, and current. Your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, payment account details, and identity records must belong to you. Accounts created for another person, under a false identity, or using misleading information may be suspended or closed.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and persons able to influence syok2cuci events may not wager where doing so would create a conflict of interest. Self-excluded persons must not attempt to open another account. syok2cuci may reject a registration when required to protect players, comply with international licensing obligations, or prevent fraud.

Identity and KYC Checks

syok2cuci may require a valid MyKad, passport, driving licence, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, or a live identity check. Verification is intended to prevent underage gambling, identity misuse, fraud, and financial crime. Documents must be genuine, legible, and submitted through the secure syok2cuci process. A withdrawal may be held while reasonable verification remains incomplete.

3Account Security and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your syok2cuci username, password, device access, and security credentials confidential. You must notify syok2cuci promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily restrict the account while reviewing unusual activity. Transactions completed before a report may remain valid where syok2cuci could not reasonably identify the activity as unauthorised.

• Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to operate your syok2cuci account.
• Do not use automated betting software, bots, scrapers, emulators, or tools intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not exploit software faults, delayed data feeds, incorrect odds, payment reversals, or obvious pricing errors.
• Do not use syok2cuci to disguise the origin of funds or conduct transactions without genuine gaming activity.
• Do not harass support agents, live dealers, other players, or any person providing services through syok2cuci.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and MYR Payments

syok2cuci supports transactions in Malaysian Ringgit where displayed. Available methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and approved digital assets. Availability, minimum amounts, limits, and processing times may differ according to the payment method and account verification status.

Deposits must come from a payment instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits may be declined, returned, or reviewed. Funds credited due to a duplicate transaction, technical error, chargeback, or payment reversal do not become your property. syok2cuci may correct the account balance and recover amounts paid in error.

Withdrawals are normally returned to the original funding method where practical. syok2cuci may request further verification, evidence of payment ownership, or source-of-funds information before processing. Stated processing times are estimates rather than guarantees because banks, FPX providers, e-wallet operators, blockchain networks, maintenance periods, and compliance checks may affect delivery.

You must review transaction details before confirmation. Any fee charged directly by a bank, e-wallet, network, or payment provider is outside syok2cuci control. Currency conversion may apply where a transaction begins outside MYR. The available balance shown after settled wagers and applicable bonus restrictions is the maximum ordinarily eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Each syok2cuci promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and any specific rules displayed with the offer. Before accepting a bonus, you must review the minimum deposit, eligible games, contribution rates, wagering multiplier, maximum bet, expiry date, withdrawal cap, and excluded payment methods. A promotional headline does not replace the complete terms.

Bonus funds may be held separately from cash funds and may not be withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements are completed. Different games may contribute at different percentages. Sports bets may require minimum odds, settled outcomes, or multiple selections. Cancelled, void, hedged, low-risk, or opposing bets may not contribute.

Only one player, household, device, payment account, IP address, or shared environment may claim an offer where the promotion says so. Bonus abuse includes coordinated play, duplicate accounts, artificial risk reduction, deliberate game-pattern exploitation, and withdrawal attempts designed to bypass promotional rules. syok2cuci may remove an improperly obtained bonus and associated winnings after a fair review.

6Casino Games and Sports Betting

Game rules, paytables, return-to-player information, stake limits, and payout mechanics form part of these Terms. You should review them before wagering. Random-number games are determined by the certified game system, while live dealer results follow the physical event shown at the table. A displayed past result does not predict or influence a future outcome.

Sports Betting

A bet is accepted when it appears as confirmed in the syok2cuci bet record. Odds may change before confirmation. Settlement follows the official result and applicable market rules. Extra time, penalties, abandoned matches, postponed fixtures, dead heats, and participant withdrawals are handled according to the rule displayed for the market.

For live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other in-play events, streaming and scoreboards may be delayed. They are provided for convenience and must not be treated as the official timing source. If syok2cuci posts an obviously incorrect price, participant, market, or settlement due to a human or technical error, the affected wager may be voided or resettled at the correct terms where permitted.

Interrupted Play

If a connection is interrupted after a wager reaches the game server, the server record determines whether it was accepted. An incomplete game may resume or settle automatically under the supplier rules. syok2cuci is not responsible for a player's local internet failure, mobile data interruption, device fault, or inability to view an event after a valid wager has been placed.

7Responsible Gambling and 21+ Protection

syok2cuci is intended solely for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment, not as employment, an investment, or a way to solve financial problems. You should wager only money you can afford to lose and avoid chasing losses. Previous results, advertised jackpots, and player stories do not guarantee future outcomes.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, a cooling-off period, or self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, syok2cuci will take reasonable steps to prevent access for the selected period. 8Suspension, Closure, and Inactive Accounts

You may request account closure subject to pending wagers, verification, withdrawals, and legal retention obligations. syok2cuci may suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of underage use, fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, payment misuse, sanctions exposure, prohibited automation, document manipulation, or a material breach of these Terms.

Where practical and lawful, syok2cuci will explain the general reason for a restriction and provide a route for review. Funds legitimately belonging to a verified player will be handled in accordance with applicable rules, although disputed transactions, chargebacks, unlawful proceeds, and improperly obtained bonuses may be withheld or reversed.

An account may be treated as inactive after an extended period without login or wagering activity. Before any inactivity measure is applied, syok2cuci may attempt to notify the player using the registered contact details. You are responsible for keeping those details current.

9Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

syok2cuci aims to provide a stable and secure service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, supplier outages, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, force majeure events, regulatory changes, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or remove a game, market, payment method, or feature when reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syok2cuci is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, loss of connectivity, reliance on delayed information, or a failure to follow these Terms. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct.

You are responsible for tax reporting or other financial obligations connected with your play or winnings. syok2cuci does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Malaysian users should obtain independent professional guidance where they are uncertain about their personal obligations.

10Changes, Complaints, and Contact

syok2cuci may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal requirements, product changes, security controls, payment practices, or responsible gambling standards. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the account interface. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
